I can't believe I've lost almost 10 lbs!! on top of that, I'm around 1 size down clothing wise, and my muscles have clearly kicked in from all the elliptical training. I can't believe my body changed this much in not even 1 months time. (3 weeks and 1 day) I've been eating 1570 ish cals a day (more and less but that is the medium) which is plenty more than the minimum 1200 I used to eat when I had an eating disorder. I supplement my need for quick results by training in a slight increase every time I use the gym. recently I also tried dumbells. I plan on learning the whole gym. becoming a bit of an exercise addict. it shapes me faster than the weight-loss does. or at least as fast. it feels like doubling the results I used to get when I didn't exercise nearly as much and nearly as efficiently.
the big difference is now I live in a place with a free gym. I go whenever I want.
