Well I’m doing terrible ate a half a bag of large Cheetos. Was sick all night with a stomach ache. Way too much fat. Set up the treadmill today and am going on it now. My goal is every morning before 8am. If I have a schedule it will be easier. When I use to work I would be up by 4:30 do the treadmill play with the dog, take shower and get ready for work. Now that I retired no schedule. Have to start again. I CAN DO IT😁😁😁😁😁
