I lost another pound! I am so close to my goal! Today, I had a nice little relatively low cal breakfast, and will have a salad for lunch. I stay super low cal, so I can splurge a little more for dinner. A good friend is coming over, and we are doing BBQ Ribs. Don't want to completely pig out, but I want to have enough food that it'll be worth it. :) It's the weekend, the sun in shining and LIFE IS GOOD!
