A bit of rebound in weight since I started eating normal meals. Doc said 8k lost was good but how about another 5 but normally 1k a month is right. Anyway that’s a challenge to get on with. I think I’ll do healthy eating and maintain for now. I bought some chick peas and put them in water to soak. (No idea why I’m doing ha). Don’t know what I’ll do with them yet. Maybe in a salad.
