Mornings are becoming really dark and cold these days and blankets are becoming more cozzy and so warm. Its so difficult to get out of bed. The last time I went for a morning walk/jog was on Tuesday. I am feeling so guilty because evenings are totally out for me. I am usually drained after a long day's work, or is it just my state of mind? Mhhm, I wonder. Anyhow, I need to make another plan for my morning workouts. Any ideas, except for going to the gym? it is too far and I don't like the driving there, coming back home to get the kids to school and then going to work. Too much hassle. I need something that I can get out of bed and do, at home.

I know what you mean about dark and cold mornings! How about doing bodyweight workouts inside? Jumping rope? What about a Yoga video? I have found that doing yoga in the morning is quite a nice way to wake up. Maybe you can do your walk/jog on your lunch break?
