nuts are so yum. why are they so high calorie god damn it. I WANT MY ALMONDS

(i used to eat around 200g almonds or other nuts when i went on a 'healthy' binge)

Nuts are healthy... really healthy... just count em out and weigh a portion BEFORE you eat the whole packet 😁 BTW - I hated the dietitian who gave me that advise back when I was just starting to swap out healthy snacks for highly processed, low nutrient snacks (bickies and chips) 🤣 The portion control thing took me a while longer to appreciate 😉

I had a handful of walnuts before I went out for tea tonight. Dammit i could have had dessert instead! sigh… yes…. Healthy… blah de blah de blah…….
