Haha that was my day’s meal while I’m (almost) fasting. And it was tasty.
I don’t generally like really spicy stuff so I scraped the seeds out of the chilli, chopped then soaked in water while the egg was cooking slowly. That left a nice spicy but hit too hot flavour.
The other thing l learned is the chopped celery is a decent switch for the bread in ‘scrambled egg and toast’. It gives that nice crunch.
