Well I aimed for 45 min on my elliptical, and made it to 25. That 3 hours sleep last night is finally catching up...I am beat. Feeling fat tody. Very fat. Feel a little bloated. Need to work on the sodium more. Hoping that my rowing tomorrow brings up my mood, and my motivation to keep going. Kinda lost my drive a bit after Sundays weigh in. Have a headache, but thinking it's from being over tired. Hoping to fall asleep quickly tonight.

Get some sleep girl. Lack of sleep is my worst enemy that is when I start to get down on myself! You are kicking butt on the exercise though and I am a little jealous ;)

Helewis - Thanks! I am looking forward to it. LOL I am trying to kick my own A$$.
Pixi - LOL as I mentioned above, I am trying to kick my own butt when it comes to exercising. Tired today, totally hit a wall last night during the elliptical run. Hoping to get a good sleep tonight.
Nole - Going to try bed time is 10:30 I have a busy day planned, and hoping I just pass out. Having lots of protein, remembering my gatorade, tonnes of water (31 today), and adding some yummy carbs. (as in all carbs are yummy lol)
