✯Tuesday, July 28, 2009: I begin again. Well, there's the ugly truth. I stepped on the scale, and I'll have to bear the burden of my obvious slip, in more "weighs" than one! Do you like my pun? So who wants to chastise me? I think I need it, especially for having avoided the scale for so long!
Update: It's been a really busy day, which is always good for me. And I treadmilled AND went to the gym later for some weight training. So all in all, I'm pretty happy with myself.
Update: Wednesday morning. Yesterday was not perfect, but it was MUCH better than my usual lately. I ate a little tri-tip that my hubby made last night, which put me over my points. But I didn't indulge after than, and I DID post the points. So all in all, I'm going to give myself a star. :)
