A quick bike ride to a local cafe. This is a breakfast croissant sandwich with vegan sausage, two eggs, cheddar cheese and light cranberry sauce and arugula. It paired nicely with my almond milk flat white. Rode the meal off on my way home! ;)

Go to "The Diet Doctor" website. Low carb eating is explained very well. Also, look up a book called "The Blood Code". Best read ever for healthy low carb eating to get your metabolism working at it's highest potential.
