Down another pound. This is very good. I'm moving steadily towards the next milestone(s), though they are still a little way away. That's a good thing, since I only become really anxious when they're a short distance away. The 200-lb, 90 kilo (198.42 lbs), and 14 stone (196 lbs) markers are in the middle distance, but they are visible and I'm aiming for them.
One more thing. My BMI is now 29.9. 29.9. I have moved from obese to overweight. I've got 34.8 pounds more to lose to hit the healthy weight mark, but after years of obesity, I think I am entitled to put that number in bold.
