166.4 I’m so excited. I guess for me carbs DO matter. I’m sure not eating candy or dessert after supper helps too. I can and will do this. After the holidays my girlfriend wants to start going to the ymca. Sounds like a plan. I belong to the silver sneakers program so it’s doable.
