Damn, damn, I blew it big time. I was so very good for lunch. My adopted grand-daughters sweet 16 b-day party at Olive Garden. I had researched the calories on their menu and chose the least amount I could find. Only had 1 bread stick (shouldn't have done it, I know) and passed up a yummy piece of cake. I really was so proud of myself only to come home and ruin the day. Oh, well.....it is done and now I will start over again tomorrow.
