Hungry when I woke up this morning after nothing to eat since breakfast Sunday. Lucky I was prepared! A small can of tuna with some Olina low carb high fibre biscuits. Filled me up nicely so I skipped lunch. Figured I could last through the flight until I got home tonight to have a low carb, low calorie dinner at home. Little bit hungry by the 5:30 flight. Was doing okay when one hour in the guy next to me retrieves his back pack from the overhead locker and pulls out his KFC. WTF!! 2 pieces of deep fried chicken, munchin on the bone and I think 3 fillets. Trying not to stare or breathe in the aroma. Oh my oh my. If I lose weight tomorrow it will be from saliva loss not fat. 🥴
