3rd day in a row that my calories have blown out. And travelling 3 days this week so have to purchase meals (not allowed to provide yourself) I’ve checked out the menu where I am staying and they have some nice salads, so I might try and skip lunch. Wish me luck! I really need to lose a kilo a week.
