hello my little rays of sunshine, i hope this finds you safe and well. the reason I have,t been on m journal is because I have,not been on my diet, really bad. i have eaten all of the chocolate in the house, even some coc. that I his at the back of the freezer. i have eaten the large chips, the large cheezels and the biscuits. all of this took place about 3 weeks ago. i am not very pleased with myself. i have a problem with hyOthyroid and it means I have a tendency to put on weight and keep it on. i have put on 3kgs !!!! oh well, there is always tomorrow... on a lighter note, I am going to Perth to live. my son and his family are going over for work. i am very lucky, as they both want me to come over, I have to sell my unit at the over 60s !!! house goes on the market at the end of January, I am so happy! bye for now, I,m going to read. love PRINCE FAN
