Last day of March. Horrible winter. I'm back to feeling lousy, hurting EVERYWHERE, bad allergies, etc., etc., etc. . . . Going back to elimination diet. It's food -- ALL food. I KNOW better! Getting back won't be easy.

Haven't seen you here for awhile. Spring is here!! Hopefully you are seeing nicer weather. It's sometimes hard to re-start so hang in there.

Happy for you that you had a good day. My doc has me on an incredible amt of allergy meds besides my usual allergy ones since my bout with bronchitis. It happened to coincide with the blast of juniper pollen. Singular, claritan, and flonasee! I think she is expecting a bad allergy season.

Thank you iulani! Hey nut, that's part of my problem. My allergies have gone bonkers. I'm seeing my Dr AND an ophthalmologist. I've looked like I have conjunctivitis for 5 weeks now. I'm breaking out in psoriasis. All of that went away when I was doing the elimination diet, then the holidays hit and I didn't reintroduce correctly so I have no idea which foods are causing the issues. I have breathing allergies too, but can keep them under control as long as I eat correctly. They have me on Claritin, Flonase, Benedril and a steroidal eye ointment along with two skin ointments. If I can get my eating under control, most of those will go away. At this point, I don't even care about the weight.

Johanne, get healthy first. The elimination diet if it helped you, do it!! I know I have to be really careful with processed foods as it's the chemicals not the real food that are my issues. Tracking everything really helped me figure out my triggers.
