Haha, I accidentally ate one kg of apples :D Exercise was pretty good today, especially the no gi grappling class for 90 Minutes. Thaiboxing was oookay, too many new people though :/ It's not that I don't like the newbies, the trainer just sucks at integrating new people and makes everyone do the basic basic stuff.
I'm short on money, so I'm eating in the university canteen, usually picking a balanced option with some veggies. The only thing that bothers me is guesstimating calories... One meal/snack a day challenge starts tomorrow :)
