Okay. Day 3 successfully completed. I haven’t weighed myself, leaving that till Friday, hopefully a nice surprise. What I DIDN’T do today was have a slice of someone’s birthday cake 🍰 , have a cafe coffee with everyone, or have any of the delicious finger food they put on after an afternoon workshop. What I DID do was stick to my meal plan, have a 20 minute walk at lunch and a 45 minute walk when I got home, and used my new air fryer to make a colourful and tasty roast pumpkin and feta salad. Tomorrow is blood donation so have to make sure I eat enough for that but without overdoing it. Actually feeling quite positive. There’s a long way to go over the next 2 months, so many invitations, morning teas and lunches, but I will deal with them one at a time.
