I am so excited!

I think the string on my weight yo-yo has finally broke. the weekly weigh in has shown I lost 2.6. I normally weigh myself at about 9 pm 3 times a week after I exercise. I don't record every time because I know it can vary. For fun I got on the scales yesterday morning. I have been told if is best to weigh yourself at the same time every time, I could be wrong on that, and in the mornings is best. I was surprised when it said 229. something. Tonight after I exercised it said 228.6. I won't log it because I know it may change by my weekly weigh-in time. But I just had to share. And thank all of you for your support. I am not sure I could do this journey without the friends I have made here.
