Just realized I need to up my fat intake. Sounds crazy.....we are taught that fat is BAD! But I'm realizing it has benefits and will start incorporating more into my meals. Gonna give it a try and see if that nudges the scales a little bit. :) Hope everyone is having a blessed day!
