I found my first white hair! Yay, cheers to hitting another milestone, being wiser and cherishing small blessings in life.
10 weeks since picking up running again and taking weight loss seriously, I have hit 150 miles and starting to fit into my old clothes once again.
What I noticed though is my fitness level has increased slower than my usual... maybe it's the white hair. :D
