I reached another new lowest weigh-in! This just makes me smile every single time.
I still have trouble with my stomach, got problems doing #2, but I am happy to see that the scale still shows less and less every day again.
I thoroughly enjoyed that pizza I ate last Sunday, and I don't regret it in any way, but it is a good reminder as to why I should stay away from pizza permanently. They completely mess with my digestion system, and put me completely out of whack. It's only the last couple of days that I have lost weight again.
So next time we go to the pizza place, I will stick to the dürum or pita breads as usual. It works so much better for me.
Today, the sun is shining and we are going to the garden to freshen up everything. Weeds beware - you're gone!
Life is good.
