Holding steady for a few days, which is probably to be expected after I had a rapid drop earlier in the week. I played in a soccer tournament/fundraiser yesterday and ended up playing for 90 minutes (3 20-minute games plus a half hour final match). It was a ton of running, but I felt really good. Today I'm pretty weary and a bit sore.
We went out to my favorite hippy Mexican(ish) restaurant last night after the games and I had some chips and guacamole in addition to my salad. I also had one margarita (in the past I would have had three). That was definitely more carbs and salt than I'm used to, but even with that I was at a significant calorie deficit. So, I'm not worried about holding steady for now. :)
