I ate a few mini pieces of Halloween candy. I don’t want them to ruin my day so I had a healthy and nutritious dinner. I’ll probably have a baked apple for dessert.
In the past…a few pieces of candy would snowball into a binge. I don’t want that to happen today.
So I’m committing to eating a baked apple for dessert, drinking my water and going to bed.
Today has been a good day and tomorrow will be even better.
