Doing great so far. No snacking after 7pm. On the intermittent fasting and low carb which has worked good for me in the past. I don’t feel as hungry. This weekend will decorate the gift shop for Christmas. I have some ideas for the windows in the display case. The previous manager had the same decoration every year. I change it every year. I love the holidays. I hate putting away all the fall things, it’s my favorite time of the year. Big dog is telling me time to go for our walk.
