Hubby donated blood today (I didn't bp too high right now) and good a coupon for a free Chili's app. He came home with a full sized loaded cheese fries (bacon, cheese, the whole shebang) I took 2 fries and that was it. Not exactly on plan (time or food) but that was it. I LOVE loaded fries. I opened my eating window early today but will eat the rest on plan for food. No really a biggie to eat a little early just adapt and move on. He is eating some for lunch today and saving the rest for lunch tomorrow. The leftovers I made for his lunch today will become his dinner instead. Bonus no cooking for him tonight.
