It’s really easy -
1/2 cup cashews soaked for 2 hrs and drained
1 cup chopped roasted red pepper - or use a store-bought jar of peppers
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 cup nutritional yeast - I used a tablespoon soy sauce instead
Salt & pepper
Blitz the whole lot until it’s smooth. I added a bit more water because it was quite thick.
