ok, yesterday was my first day recording points. I found out I need to eat more points throughout the day because I finished dinner and still had 8 points to eat!!! I think because I had been sticking to protein and veggies and veggies are free. So had some cereal as a snack (dry) and since I hadn't gotten my milk in, I drank 2Cs of milk. Will work at it today to spread the points so I'm not eating late at night. Good overall though. Made it to the gym and "rode" 8miles on the bike :-)

hey thats fab well done you 8 miles that some pretty tough going. I know what you mean about having points to spare, how many a day do you have i get 26 at the moment wheni drop another 6 pounds then it will go down. I try to spread my food out over the day, i am a stay at home mum so can eat when i want!! i always have a pint of milk a day i measure it out its for tea and coffee and cereal but rarely have cereal and if i have points left i have half a pint with weight watcher hot chocolate and caramel drink (1 point). I hvae breakfast at about 8.30 then usually fruit or a ryvittage with cott cheese or a snack a jack with dairy lea at about 10.30. Lunch is usually about 12.30 with my little boy (if i am eating with my hubby it's usually about 8.00 so i would have it a bit later) mid afternoon snack about 3.00 then i eat with the kids at 5.00 i try and save some points for the hot chocolate and w.w cookies (1 and a half points per 2 cookies) as i get the munchies about 8.30. I have to try really hard not to pick if i eat late hubby doesn't usually get in until about 7.30 so thats why i eat earlier unless we are having something separate like chilli or curry or fajita's stuff they won't eat. Keep at it and think positive thoughts and you'll get there xxxxxx

I never had any leftover points, but I was on the old - old WW. Congrats on making it to the gym! How is you knee doing these days?

buffybear i too am on the old points system not finding it too bad at the moment but think as i have to decrease the points then it will get harder

Jo3 I get 23 points a day. I've done better today. I still have 11 points left and it's 2:05pm here. Think I'm going to have some salmon and cauliflower for dinner since the rest of the fam is doing tacos. BB, the knee is doing good, sore still some days, but for the most part it's doing really good. Still babying it a little :-)

mine and my hubby's favourite salmon dish is crushed garlic with some grated ginger approx 1tsp honey and a little soy sauce put over salmon and grill it we love it served with a salad and maybe 2 points worth of new potato's for me but more for him xx sleep now, hope you had a good day
