One thing for certain... refined carbs. I have not had one piece of bread or any sugar and I feel my body after 48-hours on protein only is in Ketosis. Protein-breath and a headache at the end of the 2nd day. Will start adding good carbs such as mushrooms, asparagus, dark greens (have list made up) from Day 6
