writingwyo, Yummy Spinach is a recipe cooked in a crockpot. 30 oz chopped Spinach, 16 oz Reduced fat cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 4 T butter, .25 C SR Flour, 1.5 C Cheddar (or your favorite) cheese. Cooks see on low for 2.5 - 3 hours. 125 Calories for .33 cup. Freezes well too.

CrystalJo74,. Looking back at my photos - I'm Thinking I do not like my veggies touching each other 🤷. I looked at my hubby's plate last night and his was all mixed together (yikes). I learned something else about myself.
