some of you said that eating anything below 1200 cal isn't healthy, but my recommended calories intake is 1400 per day,1400-500 is 900 calories per day :(( I tried taking your suggestions to go hit the gym and eat healthier, but I gained weight bcs of that

I think our point is that you do not need to lose more weight, you are risking your health. Please try a different calculator, the FS one shouldn't be telling you that someone of your height should be eating so few calories 😔 I'm 163cm and lose weight when eating 1600c. I maintain 53-54kg when eating 1900. I'm at the bottom of my healthy weight range.

Keep up the gym, it will help you be fit and strong, but you need to eat to do this. Muscle will add weight, so does a sudden increase in exercise (this will settle). Please see your GP and do some further reading, we are worried about you 💛

1400-1500 is most likely your BMR which is basal metabolic rate - this is how much energy your body needs to survive even if you are literally laying in bed all day. if you are walking, exercising etc your Metabolic Rate will be higher. If you don't have hormonal issues (for example thyroid, pcos etc) you should be losing weight eating waaay more than 1400kcal.
Unfortunately, there is still a common misconception especially in women that we can't eat above 1800kcal.
if you keep active life style you will quickly realise that you can maintain your weight even with eating well above 2000kcal.
firstly I would recommend FBC blood test, talk with your GP get your hormones checked and if all is good, there is no reason why you wouldn't be loosing weight.

I'm a similar weight/height to you, but a bit heavier. My BMR is around 1500. As Duszek90 said, perhaps you didn't use the correct calorie intake number. But remember, it's a journey, not a race. Take it slow and be careful.
Obviously the BMI isn't designed for everyone and does have flaws, BUT it seems that your current weight is VERY HEALTHY in proportion to your height and age. Please take care with this journey, as many of the amazing members have already pointed out, this weight loss could be harmful to your health.

why do you want to lose weight? do you think maybe you have body dysmorphia, I used to and it skewed my view of what is healthy. maybe you need to look at what is best for your health right now rather than a number on a scale.

The reason why you started to gain weight is because your body has gone through starvation mode as is trying to store all the fat in your body. Or you’re gaining muscle from working out, therefore the fat is being replaced by muscle and soon enough you’ll be looking more toned/slimmer without loosing weight. Either way eating that low of calories cannot sustain you. And for your height loosing anymore weight can be dangerous. For comparison i’m 158cm and my goal weight is close to your goal weight yet your considerably taller than me. Please eat more calories and throw away your weight goal 🧡

not that I'm super fit or have a perfect body BUT if you eat whole foods with a good amount of nutrients and do 3 workouts per week you will start to feel much better in my experience, and the more we restrict calories the harder it is for our body and he slower our metabolism gets. any goal you put in here cannot take into account your own body and muscle etc, we can't just look at random numbers at think okay i need to get to this weight! if you're having trouble please go see someone in person because they can actually measure your body fat etc

I look at a lot of stuff on YouTube, like fitness stuff, and what people eat in a day, and there's a lot out there, ANYWAY, there's one chick who looks amazing and totally unrealistic for my middle aged body, but she's got a PhD and explains the science behind it all in a really understandable way, and she eats like 2,000 cal a day! Her name's Natacha Oceane, and granted, she's a fitness trainer and uses heaps of energy a day, but it's to show that you can eat lots and look amazing. Check her out.

when i exercise my brain says. hey you did boot camp you can eat that cake
sadly with a thyroid issue for me weight loss is 700 cals a day. and yes its doctor monitored
im guessing to remain steady ill be on about 1100. i exercise 6 days a week
boot camp. power walking at 6km an hour
