Hurrah! Managed to drop 5lbs. Rather than concentrating on cals in/out I've been concentrating on food mix and portion sizes and it looks like that is the way forward. Fingers crossed and I hope I can keep up with the smaller portions!

Onwards and upwards! Or should that be downwards :-)
