I did 58 minutes in the gym yesterday. Because of the way the monthly cycle worked, I had a second training session this week. I'm down another half-pound this morning. It's been a very good week as far as weight loss is concerned. I'm feeling quite positive.
Looking back over the past year and a bit, I was thinking in the shower this morning that when I started the process seemed difficult. I thought, and I still do, in terms of each little bit of loss. Each few ounces off counts as a small victory. I am astonished that I've managed to come so far. I still have quite a bit to go, more than 50 pounds till I get to my goal. I will get there. I've come too far not to do so.
