nuggets and chips for my girls tonight and I think a cheese omelette for me with what ever chips are left over 😄 I've been having a mug shot cuppa soup for a late night snack last couple of days as with the bypass if I don't eat for a while before I sleep I wake in pain so thought I'd give it a try so I'll be doing that again tonight

Well done beautiful you can do this I suggest a low carb diet no fried stuff healthy carbs vegetables and salad potatoes once or twice a week
