To all Slave Drivers (including you - GG-Girl) Last night I did:
20 reps of back deck stairs - 320 total steps
10 min gardening
10 min mat exercises

My arms still hurt from the weight exercises so I skipped them last night.

Very busy at work today so I need to say Hi to all at once. Thanks for stopping by last night.

PS - Tracy, Bren & all - please do not feel guilty for the whip cracking. I appreciate all the encouragement I can get. Please understand that I have to start out slow, but I plan to step it up ASAP. Now, if you'll excuse me, I going to sneak into the file room and do some exercises!

HaHA HAAA - LOL (inocently that is!) Isn't this fun I say as I crack that whip! We know you can do it & you are, fantastic for you. Wise of you to start slow, let the bod get used to the idea gently, but steady increases as you can. It feels really great to feel the strength & stamina build, along with the confidence in yourself! All that shows in more ways than we can see. Others notice the change in you too. Ahh, just one question...what kind of file room is that anyway?

Buffy I really was not going to exercise tonight, I had to be taxi driver to teenagers for an hour plus the half an hour drive home, I just wanted to sit in front of the tv......but then I thought I can't be a hypocrite so got off my bum and did the balance ball dvd for an hour - so well done for doing your sneaky work exercises...every bit helps :)

Tracy, Now your are making me feel guilty. All I did today was "spot" exercises - maybe 1/2 hour total. Oh oh - don't get mad.

Bren & Tracy - Busy at work and getting home late so not on here much. Saturday I've got Grandson's birthday. They are having pizza so I'm bringing a veggie tray. Sorry to bore you with all this.
