You are doing just fine, just remember to move your body those pound will come off, I was stuck on 140 lb. for a while but I started journaling my food intake and exercise and lost 3 lbs. in 3 days! I am not sure how this is happening but just try doing that, also I challenge myself to dring 8 cups of water which is just 4 bottles of water. (the 16 oz bottles) try this it works.
