Stuck. But suppose it's better than a big gain! I just cant seem to get below 182lb. Got to 182 last year for a week I think but since then its been up and down but never as low!
Had to curtail my exercise as well because of a painful knee, old age creeping up I think. Seeing Physio next week see what he says.
