So I'm kind of technology challenged and not sure if all my old entries are gone because I just updated my "start" date or not 🤷♀️ Either way I didn't want my old weight from years and years ago to be my start date anyway. Technically I got up to 200 at some point but can't remember when now, and also technically I didn't start counting calories again til yesterday so if we want to get really technical about when I actually got motivated I'd say yesterday was my start date. That said, I was 197 in April and I was motivated enough to start tracking again then (just not counting calories) so I guess that can be my start for now. 🤷♀️ I'm really motivated right now for many reasons and it feels really good to actually feel sort of like myself again lately. So even though this is just the start of the journey and I'm only down about 9 lbs from my highest weight ever, I sort of feel great. 🤷♀️ So I'm going with it.
