Happy Friday to All! It was a little bit cooler today so for the first time in 3 weeks I got to take my walk in the park during lunch - that always puts me in a good mood!
I've discovered I'm slipping badly in two categories: the first is exercise - I'm probably the only one on here whose Wii needs dusting.
The second slip has to do with eating during the evening. I know from experience that this has a bad effect on my weight loss.
Am thinking that confessing these two "sins" will be a first step in getting rid of these bad habits.
