Here's to trying to get back on the self control bandwagon. I have a good start today so far, right in the calorie target zone for breakfast. It's always harder when I am by myself during the day. Also, I need to listen more to the guilty pangs I have sometimes because I know if I'm feeling self conscious about how much or what I'm eating or how I'm spending my time, it may likely be opportunity knocking and trying to let me know that the choices I am looking to make aren't good ones and I should change course.
