Tuna, corn, tomato & spring onion for lunch. Not exactly my favourite, the tomato was soft and I opened the chili tuna instead of the plain, I'll do it differently next time.
Very fleeting thoughts about a biscuit after lunch but passed quickly.
Was tempted to weigh myself but I've learned that when I don't see a loss, it derails my motivation. I just keep on keeping on. I feel better, not as tired, mood is stable. I'll go back to work tomorrow. Yayyy!
