As I predicted, not hungry today. Very tired though, I slept 12 hours overnight. Brekkie was yoghurt, strawberries and toasted seeds, plus a coffee. Must remember to log my milk and drink heaps of water.

Your brave lady and I wish you the very best. It was suggested I try the “fast 800” too by my doctor. I gave up on day 10… I couldn’t get out of my own road. Since then I’m mostly still counting my calories but have allowed myself 1200/day now. My job is physically demanding and I didn’t believe I could keep going with the 800 calls. Maybe I was wrong but I was too busy and couldn’t afford down time. Right or wrong time will tell me 😆 Stay strong 💪
