As expected, fluctuation started... :)I've had four consecutive days with new lowest weigh-ins, and experience tells me that this will not go on for too long, of course. So I have been expecting gaining weight for a little while, and today it came. Of course, it's not fat weight gain. It's all the other stuff. Also, yesterday I had a large dinner, though not too heavy on calories. We ate out, and there could easily have sneaked in something I would miss, but to compensate for that I stopped a few hundred calories short of my RDI. Give it a few days - because I expect to gain again tomorrow - and I will record another lowest weight-in. No biggie. Tonight, my band will be performing live for the first time. I am so happy that I am not going to be that huge, fat guy playing the bass. I am going to be that chubby guy, who is really not that bizarre looking. Damn that makes me feel good. Life is good!
