Well, I've gained almost 20lbs since Jan. Terrible! I feel like I've let myself go to waste. Anyhow, I need to get this weight back off again. I need it for myself and my marriage. Not that my husband would leave me, but I can't be what I want to be in the bedroom. I feel unattractive and resent sex right now. I need to feel better about myself and I want to look better so that I am more confident and we can restore our sex life. I know, sad right? lol
