Busy day at work today, but I did want to pop in an say Hi - and let the world know that I am still hanging in there! I've discovered that taking those one mile walks during lunch hour is really helping me, maybe more mentally than physically.

Better get back to work!

That is half the battle, Buff ... relieving stress and putting your mind at peace. That is awesome you can walk a mile near work, too. It has to help you all the way around.

Imagine it would be a nice mental break. 1/2 hour for lunch and have to eat or i'm in trouble. This time a year we often don't even get the 1/2 hour.

Walked 30 minutes outside today after work, 74 degrees, it felt so good. Opted to get outside instead of the gym, cold front hits tomorrow, snow and ice by Friday evening.
