I think I did pretty ok with my food yesterday. I actually recorded it all, and my exercise. The walk yesterday was sort of a disaster. I walked a mile, but that wind!! It was a lot colder than I thought. Usually I go at least 2 to 3 miles...but the dogs were muddy, and happy until they had to go in the basement to dry off lol.
I felt really good when I woke up this morning. Not eating late at night is really improving my sleep, plus I feel great in the morning.

my poor dogs havent seen outside the back yard since December. I just cant go out in this cold. Im lazy and a baby. Im going to try the not snacking at night though. I like how you say you feel
