Well, I have finally decided to knuckel down and rejoin weightwatchers. I have some support from a friend who is joining with me. I guess it was about time that I joined bacik up, as I was very close to my all-time high weight of 265 from a few years back. To quote Tara from the Biggest Loser; "I'm here, and I am taking my life back".
