Well today is the beginning of the new week. I will lose 10#/by July 4th if it kills me. I tripped over the vacuum cleaner hose and screwed up my knee, so taking the dog for a walk right now is a no no. I just have to make sure I eat foods lower in carbs and high in fiber. I think I will have a spinach and strawberry smoothie for breakfast with chia and flax seed. Go me. I’ve been on intermittent fasting for a year. This week in eating 3 meals a day then going back to fasting just to jump start again.
