Well spring has reverted to cold rainy winter weather. I've reverted too. I've been taking care of others at the expense of myself. I became stressed and tired and looking for food in all the wrong places. I decided to take a day off and just eat what I wanted. If not, I knew that I would be grazing for the next week, not satisfying my self and regaining weight. I am in this program for the long haul and fulfilled the challenge of recording what I ate. I recorded it all and caloriewise I didn't do so bad even if my carbs are totally out of whack. I also realize that things didn't quite satisfy me as they have in the past. I am ready to resume Atkins tomorrow.
